Day of
On the day of your wedding, we ensure your plans are carried out smoothly. We are the liaison with the venue, vendors, parents and bridal party in a process that starts in the last few months and weeks leading up to your wedding day. In the end, we pull the pieces of the puzzle together for you

A girl dreams of her wedding since she was a child, and when the day finally arrives she hopes her fairytale dream wedding comes true. As a wedding coordinator, my role is to ensure that dream plays out to reality. Having been a bride myself, I know the details and hours spent on planning the big day. It is important that there is a point person who knows the details of the bride's vision to ensure everything runs smoothly the day of, while the bride is busy enjoying her dream wedding day.
My name is Mansi, I have lived in Chicago my entire life. I have planned my own wedding and a handful of others. I am flexible on accommodating your pricing needs as I understand how expensive a wedding is. I started GEMS wedding coordination because of my love for planning and organizing events. As this is something I truly enjoy, I wanted to spend more time doing what I love. I specialize in indian weddings as well. I will be sure to dedicate the time and energy to ensure your day is more magical than you even dreamed of at a budget you can afford.
